Recipe

  • Palm Fruits
  • Assorted Meat:
  • Dried fish/smoked fish
  • Stock fish
  • 150g fresh fish

  • 1 tablespoon of ground uyayak (Aidan fruit)
  • 1 handful atama leaves
  • 1 small onion bulb
  • 2 tablespoonful ground crayfish
  • 2 stock cubes
  • pepper
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

  • Simmer the meat and stock-fish together with a stock cube, sliced onions and salt to taste. Allow the meat cook in its own juice for 5 minutes, then pour just small water and allow it boil until it becomes soft.
  • Cut the Atama leaves exceptionally or pound it.
